Looking for an RMT who:

Is registered and in good standing with the CMTO, adhering to their regulations

Has valid Liability Insurance

Communicates effectively with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

Actively listens to client concerns and creates safe, effective treatment plans

Clearly explains treatment processes and the clinical reasoning behind them

Provides high-quality treatments that help clients feel their best

Is friendly, organized, and confident working independently

Builds trust with authenticity and maintains a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment

Is open to integrating holistic approaches when appropriate and evidence-supported

Is comfortable processing client payments and using basic clinic software

Contributes to light cleaning and upkeep to ensure a welcoming, hygienic space

Is committed to ongoing personal and professional growth
