We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customers. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

All items are final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.
Please note that 24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment to avoid cancellation fee. If you cannot make your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible so your spot can be offered to those on the waitlist. You may also offer your appointment to a friend or family member who could benefit from massage therapy. I will try to fill your spot to waive the full fee of your appointment but not always possible. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the cancellation policy.
