Hi, I'm Karen

Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Instructor

My main focus is to create a space where you can slow down, let go and be present in time that is dedicated for you. I thoughtfully use a combination of Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, while uniquely incorporating passive stretch, energy work, aromatherapy and mindfulness to achieve optimal results for mind/body alignment.


I whole-heartedly believe in a holistic approach to work with each individual needs so I created three signature treatment; the Heart, the Kindness and the the Crown. These treatments focus on the parts of the body that hold the most stress, emotion and energy. Using these techniques in unison creates a more dynamic experience.

I have a passion for this practice and sharing it with others. I enjoy facilitating wellness retreats and leading community workshops. Make sure you follow me on Instagram so you don’t miss the next one.

I operate from my log cabin in Beaverton, Ontario of Brock Township on Lake Simcoe. The space is designed with care for maximum coziness, warmth, cleanliness and comfort.  In the winter months, enjoy your massage by the fire.
